Professional Learning & Technology Support That Works for You

At FDLRS, we know that educators and families thrive when they have access to tools that work and professional learning that makes a difference. FDLRS Provides a variety of learning opportunities to Florida district educators and staff members.

FDLRS Professional Learning Team

FDLRS Human Resource Development (HRD) Specialists bring deep knowledge of evidence-based practices to support teaching and learning. From accommodations to IEP development, classroom management and instructional strategies, and Universal Design for Learning (UDL), our team helps educators build their skills to meet the needs of all students.

We partner closely with school districts, community agencies, and education service providers to design and deliver meaningful, data-informed professional learning opportunities, with follow-up support to keep the momentum going.

FDLRS Technology Specialists assist educators and families to bring learning within reach for every student. Our team uses a variety of tools, both instructional and assistive technology, to support student engagement, communication, and success.

Through partnerships with district technology teams and other statewide projects, our team ensures that educators understand how to match students with the right tool to support their unique learning needs. We provide professional learning opportunities and technical assistance in the key areas of accessibility, virtual instruction, Accessible Educational Materials (AEM), and Universal Design for Learning (UDL).

Whether you’re navigating new technologies or ways to help students access learning in the classroom, FDLRS is here to guide every step of your journey.
